The total cost is between $4 to $15 per month per child,
but never more than $45 per month for all your children – no
matter the size of your family! This cost includes Health Net
medical benefits, Health Net dental benefits, and a vision benefit.

Health Net has been a participating plan with the Healthy Families

Who Is Eligible?
Persons may be eligible for the Healthy Families Program dental
plan if they meet the following conditions:
- The child is under 19 years old
- The child is a California resident
- The family's total income falls within the income guidelines
- The child has not been covered under the parent's employer-sponsored
health insurance in the last 3 months
- The child is not eligible for or receiving no-cost Medi-Cal
- The child is a U.S. citizen, a U.S. national or an eligible
qualified immigrant, regardless of the parents' status
